Yes. On the Fully Managed plan, Sadie answers your phone, gets the customer's info, and sends it to you. Phone AI isn't included on Self-Managed.
Yes. If your current website supports the required connection, we can add Sadie to it. If it does not, we will explain the options before changing anything. You can also review the free mockup and decide whether replacing your site makes sense.
Sadie is instructed not to guess. When she cannot answer confidently, she collects the customer's information and sends it to you. AI can still misunderstand or make mistakes, so Fully Managed includes ongoing monitoring and tuning.
Your first $397 pays for a full Fully Managed month: finishing and launching your website, configuring your account, training Sadie, connecting supported phone, chat, social, and review systems, normal customer AI conversations, ongoing management, routine updates, platform access, and support. Phone numbers, call minutes, texts, emails, domains, A2P registration, and optional premium services are billed separately when used.
No. Every new customer begins with one month of Fully Managed service for $397. This allows Go Big Formula to build, configure, train, test, and launch the system correctly. After your first month, you may remain Fully Managed or switch to Self-Managed for $147 per month.
You may remain Fully Managed for $397 per month or switch to Self-Managed for $147 per month. Fully Managed continues to include Unlimited AI and ongoing management. Self-Managed removes ongoing management and uses metered AI unless Unlimited AI is added separately. Your plan does not automatically change — you must request the switch before your renewal date.
Common usage-based charges include phone numbers, call minutes, texts, emails, domains, required carrier registration, and optional premium services. On Self-Managed, additional AI usage and website development are also billed separately. You can review the current usage rates before activating those services.
No long-term contract. You may cancel any month, effective at the end of the paid period. Your domain, original content, and customer data remain yours. The Go Big Formula website, Sadie configuration, and automations are subscription services and deactivate when the membership ends. See the Terms for export and migration options.
Your initial $397 Fully Managed month is protected by our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Request a refund in writing within 30 calendar days of your first payment and before your second monthly payment is processed. See our Terms of Service for the complete details.
Yes. Fully Managed includes up to one standard website or Sadie update request per week. One request may contain a reasonable group of related changes. Large projects, unrelated requests, or excessive volume may be scheduled separately or quoted before work begins. If something isn't included, we'll always tell you before doing any billable work.
Launch timing depends on receiving your completed onboarding information, access, and approvals. Once we have everything required, we'll review the project and give you a clear expected launch date.
Yes. You can email our team, join weekly Open Office Hours, or use the 24/7 platform technical-support option inside your account. Platform technical support covers technical platform issues; Go Big Formula management, strategy, and website-update requests follow the published service and Open Office Hours schedule.
