For purposes of this Privacy Policy, Go Big Formula is the business responsible for the personal information described here unless we are processing information solely on behalf of one of our business customers.

Go Big Formula provides technology and services that businesses may use to communicate with their own customers, prospects, and website visitors.

When Go Big Formula processes personal information solely to provide services on behalf of one of our business Customers, the Customer generally determines the purposes for which that information is collected and used.

In those circumstances, Go Big Formula generally acts as a service provider, processor, or subprocessor, as those terms may be defined under applicable law, and the Customer may act as the business or controller.

The Customer's own privacy policy and legal obligations may also apply.

If an End User submits a privacy request concerning information processed on behalf of a Customer, Go Big Formula may direct the request to that Customer or assist the Customer in responding as appropriate.

If you are a Go Big Formula customer, your use of our services is also governed by our Terms of Service, available at gobigformula.com/tos. Where this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service address the same subject, the Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between us.

Go Big Formula may build a free website mockup for a business before that business becomes a customer. We build mockups using information that is publicly available, including a business's existing website, Google Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram business page, and similar public sources, together with our own design work and licensed or generated media.

We do not use private, purchased, or non-public personal information to build a mockup, and we do not create mockups for individuals — only for businesses.

A mockup is a demonstration. It is not published as your live website, is not indexed for search where we can prevent it, and is hosted at a temporary Go Big Formula address.

Removing a mockup

If a mockup has been built for your business and you would like it removed, email admin@gobigformula.com and we will remove it promptly and stop contacting you about it. You do not need to explain why.

Follow-up

If we build a mockup for your business, we may contact you about the mockup and Go Big Formula using business contact information that is lawfully available to us and through communication methods permitted by applicable law.

Where a particular type of call, text message, artificial or prerecorded voice communication, or other marketing communication requires consent, we will obtain the level of consent required by applicable law before using that method.

Go Big Formula's AI systems are not intended to make decisions concerning a person's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, medical care, legal rights, or other similarly significant decisions unless expressly disclosed and lawfully implemented.

Information processed through AI features may be transmitted to third-party technology providers that provide AI infrastructure or related services on our behalf.

How we use information with AI

When Go Big Formula configures and tunes an AI system for a Customer, we may use that Customer's business information, conversation history, instructions, and feedback to improve the AI system operating for that Customer.

We do not use one Customer's Customer Data or End User conversations to train AI systems operating for another Customer.

Go Big Formula does not use Customer Data or End User conversations to train generalized public AI models.

AI and technology providers acting on our behalf may process information as necessary to provide the AI services and infrastructure we use. Such processing is subject to the applicable provider agreements, privacy terms, and data-processing arrangements.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify an individual or Customer to improve Go Big Formula's services generally.

If you provide us with a telephone number or otherwise communicate with us by telephone or text message, we may use that information to communicate with you regarding your inquiry, requested services, account, or other permitted business purposes.

Where required by law, we will obtain any consent necessary for automated, prerecorded, artificial-voice, or marketing communications.

Where recording or transcription is enabled, we may provide notices or obtain consent as required by applicable law.

Submitting information through our website does not automatically authorize every form of marketing communication that may be regulated by law.

Separate consent disclosures may appear on forms, during onboarding, or before particular communication services are activated.

Recording and transcription in customer systems

Where Go Big Formula operates a telephone system on behalf of a business customer, calls may be recorded and transcribed. Some states require the consent of all parties to a call before it may be recorded; others require only one party's consent.

Go Big Formula configures customer systems to provide a recording and AI disclosure at the start of calls, and to use all-party consent language in areas where that is required. The business customer operating the system is responsible for ensuring that recording and monitoring in its account complies with the laws applicable to its business, as set out in our Terms of Service.

If a call is subject to recording or transcription, the applicable system may provide notice at or near the beginning of the call. If you do not wish to continue a recorded or transcribed call, you may end the call and contact the business through another available communication method. If the particular business offers human transfer or callback options, those options may also be made available.

Mobile Information and SMS Consent

We do not share mobile telephone information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

Information may be disclosed to service providers and subcontractors that assist us in providing communications, customer service, messaging, telecommunications, hosting, security, and other services on our behalf.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may provide information to communications providers and other service providers only as reasonably necessary to deliver messages, operate the Services, maintain compliance, prevent abuse, and support the communications requested or authorized by you.

Recordings, transcripts, and conversation records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain appropriate business records, troubleshoot systems, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and support security and fraud-prevention needs.

Where technically available and consistent with legal, contractual, security, and operational requirements, Customers may contact Go Big Formula to discuss available recording or conversation-retention settings for their account.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, destruction, or disclosure.
