    Every Customer Starts Fully Managed.

    Your first month is $397 and includes building, configuring, training, testing, launching, and managing your system. After completing that month, remain Fully Managed for $397 per month or request Self-Managed for $147 per month.

    Your plan renews as Fully Managed unless you request an eligible change before your renewal date.

    What We Handle For You

    Website

    We build, launch, host, and manage your Go Big Formula website. Fully Managed includes up to one standard website or Sadie update request per week.

    Phone AI

    Sadie answers supported incoming calls, collects the customer's information and job details, and sends them to you. Live transfers, appointment booking, and custom routing require an agreed configuration.

    Website Chat

    Sadie answers supported website questions, collects contact information, and helps turn visitors into leads.

    Connected Social Messages

    Sadie responds to supported Facebook and Instagram business messages.

    Reviews

    Sadie helps request and respond to reviews and can help turn positive feedback into social content.

    Ongoing Management

    We continue training Sadie, adjusting the system, and making normal supported improvements as the business changes.

    What Changes When You Manage It

    Self-Managed members still have platform technical support and Open Office Hours. The difference is that Go Big Formula is no longer managing the system for you.

    • Self-Managed is available only after completing the first Fully Managed month.
    • Your Go Big Formula website and supported platform access continue while subscribed.
    • You manage your website, Sadie configuration, automations, account, and connected tools.
    • Standard phone AI is not included.
    • A $5 monthly AI credit is included.
    • Additional AI is metered unless Unlimited AI is added for $147 per month.
    • Adding Unlimited AI does not restore ongoing management, standard phone answering, or included website development.
    • Website development, advanced configuration, and custom automation work may be quoted separately.

    Go Big Formula handles the standard work listed in your plan. Larger builds, custom systems, and advanced projects may require separate scope, scheduling, and pricing. We will always explain the work and price before beginning anything billable.
