These charges come from telephone carriers, email providers, specialized AI services, and other outside infrastructure. Go Big Formula bills them based on actual usage. Most small businesses will see only a modest amount of usage each month.

A Few Important Details
Go Big Formula Unlimited AI includes normal supported business AI use — Conversation AI, Voice AI, Reviews AI, Content AI, and related AI tools. A fair-use policy applies and may limit excessive, abusive, automated, or platform-disrupting usage.
Sadie listening and responding during the call is included with Unlimited AI. Telephone carriers still charge for connecting the call. Those small per-minute carrier charges are billed separately.
Sadie's intelligence and response creation are included. Cellular carriers still charge to send and receive text messages. Those delivery charges are billed separately.
The $147 Self-Managed plan is available after your first month of Fully Managed service, and only by request. It includes the platform, but it does not include Go Big Formula Unlimited AI. Self-Managed includes a $5 monthly AI usage credit. Additional AI usage is billed at Go Big Formula's current published customer rates. Unlimited AI may be added for $147 per month.
Yes. Self-Managed customers (available after the first month) may add Unlimited AI for $147 per month. Website changes, system management, and ongoing Go Big Formula optimization remain the customer's responsibility under Self-Managed.
No. Unlimited AI removes the supported AI-usage meter. It does not restore ongoing Go Big Formula management, website-update service, or standard phone answering that is excluded from Self-Managed.
Yes. Phone carriers, email providers, AI providers, and platform partners may change their underlying rates. Current rates will always control, and material changes will be reflected on this page and in the applicable account billing.
Usage-based charges are recorded through the account's billing and usage system. Customers can contact Go Big Formula support if they need help understanding a charge.
